• Important news for participants who need our help to get invitation letter for visa:
  We are now processing the official visa application letter for the participants. However, we found the "VISA information" form in your account is still blank. If you really need our help to prepare the visa application letter, could you please login in our online registration system (http://csixxxv.xmu.edu.cn) with your account to complete ALL the necessary data so that we can help you to apply for VISA? It will take about one month to get the letter, so please give us the "VISA information" as soon as possible. You may follow the following steps to update your information:
  
  Click "Personal Information" on the left panel menu
  Click "Modify" on top of the page
  If "VISA information" form does not appear, please click on the line of "VISA information" and select "YES"
  Fill in the form and "upload" the scanned passport page
  Click "change"
  
  If you find difficulty in accessing the online system, please give us the following information and send us the jpg file of the scanned copy of your passport page file via email (secrcsi@xmu.edu.cn and secrcsi@gmail.com).
