For your convenience, you can pay the registration fee and the deposits for the reservation of hotel (USD 50) and/or post-symposium tour (USD 50) together. The deposit(s) will be returned to you when you arrive at Xiamen at the registration desk. If you prefer to make the hotel reservation and the post-symposium tour arrangement by yourself, please feel free to do so. After you make the arrangement by yourself, please give a note to the Organizing Committee. Please note that the rates for hotel and post-symposium tour listed in this circular are the special conference rates.
Payment in US dollar can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex). Please provide the necessary information of your credit card via the conference payment webpage in the coming online registration page, including a signed agreement to make the payment.

Please note that the bank charge for the bank transfer is to be bared by the participants themselves. Furthermore, to assure credit for proper money transfer, please upload on the registration page a copy of the remittance invoice or the receipt of bank transfer with your name and institution while you make the payment online. We apologized that we cannot accept payments by personal checks. For on-site registration, only cash in US dollar or major credit cards will be accepted. Cancellation and RefundThe payments of registration will be refunded only if written notification is received before August 31, 2007 and the cancellation charge will be 20%. No refunds are possible after August 31, 2007, however, another delegate can be nominated as a replacement. | ||||||||||
